BELGROVE PLACE
Belgrove Place is a collection of luxury homes nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood in the suburbs of Ipswich. This characterful locally listed building was once a striking Victorian hospital. Restored to its former glory, Belgrove Place retains its heritage elements including high ceilings and period features.​
With their landscaped gardens and plenty of parking, these homes provide a unique and convenient living experience.
STUDENT ACCOMODATION - HAWKINS ROAD
Lanswood permitted the development of the site of a former warehouse into an eight-storey block in 2020, creating over 280 student rooms. The plans included 28 square metre accessible rooms for those with disabilities.
PRINCES STREET - IPSWICH
Lanswood acquired this five storey property in the heart of Ipswich in 2015 with the intention of converting from office usage to high quality apartments. The conversion process was completed in stages with the first two floors finished by early 2016.
In just over 18 months after purchase, Lanswood have converted and sold all 32 flats across the 4 floors.
MOLESWORTH STREET - WADEBRIDGE
Situated in the heart of Molesworth Street in the desirable north Cornish town of Wadebridge. Lanswood converted this commerical office space to residential use.
11 NORTH HILL - COLCHESTER
Situated in the heart of Colchester town centre, this former office building was converted into 10 self-contained 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom flats. The flats were designed and built with a modern open plan layout and interior to make best use of the space available.
67 CROUCH STREET - COLCHESTER
Lanswood has recently completed the renovation of Crescent Moon Wine Bar on Crouch Street, Colchester. The space has been transformed into a modern and welcoming venue, showcasing our commitment to developing locations that contribute to the local community

THE WEAVERS - TIPTREE
Previously the Tiptree Medical Centre, Lanswood received full planning permission for the redevelopment of the site to provide four detached dwellings. Work was completed on this project in October 2014
Lanswood recently completed a full refurbishment of Garden Cottage in early 2025. The project included both interior and exterior works, transforming the property into a beautifully refreshed home that combines character with modern comfort.
JEWSON BUILDERS MERCHANTS
A complete design and build on behalf of clients this 18,000sqft commercial premises is now its best performing East Anglian branch.
Formerly a builders merchant this 4 acre site is now at the heart of the Colchester Hythe regeneration. Working closely with planners and local community representatives Lanswood gained a planning consent and subsequently sold the riverside site to another development company.
CLARKES FARM - KELVEDON
Originally the main farmhouse for the surrounding land Clarks Farm has been restored and extended by Lanswood.
Now an exceptional example of a secluded family home the new owners have the exciting opportunity of further developing the 6 acre plot.
8 ST CLARE ROAD - LEXDEN
Complete restoration of this beautiful house has transformed it into one of Colchester’s finest homes. Attention to detail and architectural respect can be seen throughout the 8 St Clare Rd project.
