LANSWOODPARK BUSINESS CENTRE
- COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL EXPANSION
Lanswood Ltd hopes to transform 8 hectares of land into 10,000sqm of new commercial space, accompanied by 72 residential units. This translates into 8-10 new commercial buildings and a mixture of 3-5 bedroom houses.
Despite Lanswoodpark already being the village’s most significant business success story, the expansion is predicted to be transformational to Elmstead Market’s economy. Lanswoodpark is already a five-star employment base that sees 400+ people on site daily, across 40 businesses. If approved, this development could see at least a further 600 jobs being created.
Planning permission has been approved for 85 residential dwellings providing new and exciting opportunities in the local area.

KINGS DENE NORTH KELVEDON
Lanswood are working with the national company - Parker Strategic Land - putting forward a proposal for 5000 houses and 200,000sqft of commercial space. Lanswood hopes to bring their knowledge and experience within the Essex commercial office sector, to create a master plan for the Kings Dene North Kelvedon Vision.
Lanswood is redeveloping the site of a former warehouse into an eight-storey block, creating over 280 student rooms. The plans include three types of rooms – 13.7 square metre space with en suites and communal kitchen areas, 21 square metre rooms with en suites and kitchenette facilities and 28 square metre accessible rooms for those with disabilities.
Lanswood have been active in the Hythe area for over 20 years and have watched as the area continues to undergo major changes. The proposal seeks to further enhance the built environment and support urban transformation.
WOLSEY HOUSE & PRINCES VIEW
Lanswood acquired this five storey property in the heart of Ipswich in 2015 with the intention of converting from office usage to high quality apartments.
The conversion process was completed in stages with the first two floors finished by early 2016. In just over 18 months after purchase, Lanswood have converted and sold all 32 flats across the 4 floors.
Situated in the town centre, the property is within a few minutes walk of the Buttermarket indoor mall and Tower Ramparts Shopping Centre and also benefits from dedicated off street parking.
Lanswood hopes to transform the Feering Triangle, a section of land bound to the north by London Road (B1024) and to the east by the A12 Trunk Road, into commercial space - supporting office, industrial and warehouse or distribution forms.
