CHATTOWOOD Phase 2/3
Chattowood Phase 2, commencing in late 2025, will expand the development with over 120 new plots. Split into northern and southern parcels, the phase will offer a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom new-build homes, all designed to an exceptional standard with modern layouts and high-quality finishes. Thoughtfully planned streetscapes and contemporary designs will provide comfortable, stylish living for a variety of lifestyles, continuing Lanswood’s commitment to creating desirable, well-crafted homes in Elmstead Market, Essex.
MARKET FIELD GROWS
In collaboration with Market Fields Grows and their partners, Lanswood hopes to promote training and employment for people with special educational needs (SEN) for those who are 16 and over. As well as bringing more homes to Elmstead Market, we hope to build a library, plant nursery (with our partners Beth Chatto Gardens), bakery, cafe and catering facilities, retail space, as well as community and event space. Market Field Grows has the potential to change many lives. Not just the lives of the young people who are educated and employed, but the lives of their families and carers.
LEXDEN WOOD GOLF CLUB
In December 2024, Lanswood proudly became the new owners of Lexden Wood Golf Club opening an exciting new chapter for both our company and the club. Since then, the club has undergone significant improvements to its infrastructure, grounds, and overall reputation, setting a new standard for members and visitors alike.
Set in the Essex countryside, the 18-hole parkland course blends natural beauty with a rewarding challenge for golfers of all abilities.
CHATTOWOOD Phase 1
Lanswood's Chattowood development is a beautiful collection of high-quality 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes in the award-winning village of Elmstead Market, Essex.
In collaboration with our neighbors, the renowned Beth Chatto Gardens, Chattowood combines traditional and contemporary styles to create a well presented collection of homes tailored for those looking for a relaxed, village-style setting to call home.
KINGS DENE NORTH KELVEDON
We are working with the national company - Parker Strategic Land - putting forward a proposal for 5000 houses and 200,000sqft of commercial space. Lanswood hopes to bring their knowledge and experience within the Essex commercial office sector, to create a master plan for the Kings Dene North Kelvedon Vision.
Phoenix Court, Hawkins Road
Lanswood is in the process of converting a former office building into 24 thoughtfully designed flats. The scheme will deliver a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes, offering modern living spaces for a wide range of residents. With completion expected in early 2026, the project aims to provide comfortable, contemporary homes while contributing to the ongoing regeneration of the area.
St Helens Lane
The former ICE Nightclub in Colchester is set to be transformed as part of a Lanswood redevelopment project. Plans are underway to convert the vacant building into five high-quality flats, bringing much-needed residential space to the town. With construction expected to begin later this year, this commercial-to-residential scheme will repurpose an underused site and create modern homes in a central location.
