LANSWOODPARK BUSINESS CENTRE
Lanswood Ltd started constructing Lanswoodpark Business Centre in 2011. The park now sees 400+ people on site a day.
In 2020, Lanswood submitted a planning application to expand the park, creating an additional 10,000sqft of commercial office space and 72 residential units.
Belgrove Place is a collection of luxury homes nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood in the suburbs of Ipswich. This characterful locally listed building was once a striking Victorian hospital. Restored to its former glory, Belgrove Place retains its heritage elements including high ceilings and period features.
Planning permission has been approved for 85 residential dwellings providing new and exciting opportunities in the local area.
It has been fantastic working with our various teams to get this approved, works are set to commence in 2021.
KINGS DENE - NORTH KELVEDON
Lanswood are working with the national company - Parker Strategic Land - putting forward a proposal for 5000 houses and 200,000sqft of commercial space. Lanswood hopes to bring their knowledge and experience within the Essex commercial office sector, to create a master plan for the Kings Dene North Kelvedon Vision.
Lanswood hopes to transform the Feering Triangle, a section of land bound to the north by London Road (B1024) and to the east by the A12 Trunk Road, into commercial space - supporting office, industrial and warehouse or distribution forms.
STUDENT ACCOMODATION - HAWKINS ROAD
Lanswood is redeveloping the site of a former warehouse into an eight-storey block, creating over 280 student rooms. The plans include three types of rooms – 13.7 square metre space with en suites and communal kitchen areas, 21 square metre rooms with en suites and kitchenette facilities and 28 square metre accessible rooms for those with disabilities.
PRINCES STREET - IPSWICH
Lanswood acquired this five storey property in the heart of Ipswich in 2015 with the intention of converting from office usage to high quality apartments. The conversion process was completed in stages with the first two floors finished by early 2016. In just over 18 months after purchase, Lanswood have converted and sold all 32 flats across the 4 floors. Princes View Penthouses are the most recent addition to the development.
